To order a mirror heater please click the down arrow next to the price and model below. This will cause the list of all our Mirrormasters to be displayed. Select the model from the list by dragging the mouse over the list and then click the left mouse button to select the model you require, then left click the BUY NOW button to the right of the correct MirrorMaster. This will open a new window to take you to our credit/debit card agents, Google Checkout.
Check the correct item is listed on the new page and then enter your address / credit card details.
You will need to enter your email address to allow us to keep you up dated on the progress of your order. 
If you prefer us to call and discuss your order, simply drop us an email using the CONTACT US page and we will call you back as soon as we are open for business.
We can take payment over the telephone, so long as we are shipping to the same address as that registered with your debit/credit card company. Sorry we cannot ship to third party addresses, unless we have a cleared payment (cash, cheques or BACS).

The price above includes Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to any UK address. 
Orders that we process before 3pm can be shipped on a guaranteed next day Special Delivery "by 1pm or 9am next day or Saturday delivery" signed for service to the UK mainland - extra charges may apply.
Unfortunately we need to add a small charge for orders going to Southern Ireland and Europe.

Once we start to process your order we will email you a tracking number. To track your mirror heater please enter the tracking number provided on the Royal Mail tracking service ROYALMAIL TRACKING.

Please do not arrange tradesman to install your mirror heater pad, until it arrives. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost items in the postal system. We can arrange a 9am guaranteed delivery, with consequential loss if required, however you will need to liaise with the post office in the event of a claim.

SELV Mirrormasters must NOT be connected directly to the mains supply as they required a mains to 12v transformer and most of our sales include this.

To order more than one item please email us using the following steps.

  1. Email sales@mirrormaster.com or call 020 8844 2820 and notify us which products you require or let us know the size of your mirror.

    Please include your shipping address and contact telephone number.
  2. During the business day we will contact you by email with the price and shipping costs.
  3. This email will include a link that will allow you to make direct credit card payment using VISA, Mastercard or a bank debit card to make payment.
    Alternatively we support the Paypal system for an extra 3.5% charge.
  4. Simply click on the link and enter your credit card details AND address. We will then email you confirming your order has been shipped.
  5. Each MirrorMaster has detailed instructions on how it should be installed. Electrical installations should be undertaken by a competent person in compliance with the current regulations.

Mirrormasters are carefully packed into postal tubes and sent by a signed for delivery service.
 
Prices includes VAT at 15% and next day UK mainland shipping. 

For USA and EU/Europe (Ireland) we use Airsure™ (3-5 day service) from Royal Mail, typically £3-5 for small Mirrormasters and £10-15 for larger items.

For other International shipments please call or email.

Any disruption to the post office or Royal mail may result in a delayed delivery.

Collections are possible, but please telephone to make arrangements.
